General Terms and Conditions (GTC)



1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the rental of the holiday apartments on this website to guests for temporary use.

2. Booking and conclusion of contract

Bookings can be made in writing, by phone, by email, or through a booking portal. The rental agreement is concluded once the booking has been confirmed in writing by the landlord.

3. Terms of payment

The total rental price is due as follows:

The total price must be paid 30 days before arrival.

For short-term bookings, payment is due according to the due date on the invoice.

4. Withdrawal and cancellation

The tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees will apply:

up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price

The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord has suffered no or lesser damage.

5. Arrival and departure

The respective arrival and departure times are visible during the booking process and are also recorded in the digital guest folder.

6. Use of the holiday apartment

The holiday apartment may only be used by the specified number of people.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the living areas.

7. Tenant’s obligations

The apartment must be treated with care.

Damage or defects must be reported to the landlord immediately.

The tenant is liable for any damage caused.

8. Landlord’s liability

The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to property brought into the premises by the tenant, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

9. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
